Jacqueline Teoh is the founder of Living Resonance, a complementary therapy and training practice where she focuses on stress reduction techniques and integrative medicine such as Reiki and Shamanism. She was a Director at a global management consulting firm and worked in the corporate world for 15 years before deciding, in 2010, to focus on her main passion: heart-centered compassionate healing and personal empowerment. Jacqueline has been practicing meditation, healing and spiritualism since 1996 following the footsteps of her grandfather who was a shaman in Malaysia.
Jacqueline is a trained reflexologist, a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui/Tibetan/Karuna® Reiki) certified by the International Center for Reiki Training and has been teaching Reiki since 2004. She was initiated and trained extensively as a shamanic practitioner with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, the foremost institute for the teaching of practical shamanism in the world today. She was also initiated into the Tibetan Bön shamanic tradition in 2004. She weaves her own authentic shamanic experience, training and initiations with shamans from Malaysia, Bali, India, Tibet, New Mexico and Mongolia into her contemporary practice. In 2013, Jacqueline reconnected with her ancestors in Mongolia in an unexpected way and was initiated by the Darkhad shamans. She is currently continuing her training in trance mediumship with an Elder Shaman in Mongolia and is focussing on bridging the world of Mongolian shamanism with the contemporary world.
Jacqueline practices and teaches Shamanic Reiki as a way of life and retains an interest in transpersonal psychology, dreamwork (studied with Robert Moss), plant spirit medicine and spiritual alchemy. Jacqueline is listed under www.shamanicteachers.com as a shamanic practitioner and teacher trained by shaman, teacher, author Sandra Ingerman who lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Jacqueline travels internationally, speaks English, Chinese, Malay and French but teaches mainly in English. Some of her workshops are translated into other languages by an experienced translator.
